This post provides a simple format for the past, present and future perfect tenses:

 
Present Perfect
I have watched TV for many years.   
You have watched TV for many years.   
He has watched TV for many years.   
She has watched TV for many years.   
It has watched TV for many years.   
We have watched TV for many years.   
You have watched TV for many years.   
They have watched TV for many years.   

Present Perfect Continuous
I have been watching TV for three hours.

Here is a quick tabular representation of the Future simple and continuous tenses. The former is shown with the 'will' and 'going to' forms.

 
Future Simple A
I will watch TV tomorrow

A tabular format for looking at verbs works well, so that is provided below for 4 different tenses
