This post provides a simple format for the past, present and future perfect tenses:

 
Present Perfect
I have watched TV for many years.   
You have watched TV for many years.   
He has watched TV for many years.   
She has watched TV for many years.   
It has watched TV for many years.   
We have watched TV for many years.   
You have watched TV for many years.   
They have watched TV for many years.   

Present Perfect Continuous

We have recently had queries from ESL students who are looking for a simple reference guide to the verb tenses in English.
A tabular format for looking at verbs works well, so that is provided below for 4 different tenses
